I live in Calgary. Can I just pick-up my order?
Unfortunately pick-up is not a service that we offer as we have had people no-show in the past. Once you place an order it normally ships next the business day. Canada Post delivery times within Calgary are typically two days.

What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept online payment with either Visa or Mastercard.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will typically be shipped by the next business day.The delivery time will depend on your location and shipping method. Please see the shipping page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Icky Fly Works only ships to Canada and the United States.

Are your prices in Canadian funds?
Yes, all our prices are in Canadian dollars.

What kind of hooks do you use?
Most of our flies are tied on Mustad hooks which are made from high carbon steel which is chemically-etched to ensure the sharpest point and double bronze finished to prevent rusting. We also carry patterns that have been tied on Maruto or Daiichi hooks.

Can you tie custom patterns or stock patterns that aren’t currently on the website?
Yes, we can have custom patterns tied or try to carry some of your favourite patterns if we don’t already. Please e-mail sales@ickyflyworks.ca.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. IckyFlyWorks.ca is secured by a high-grade 256-bit SSL certificate that encrypts (scrambles) your information to ensure a safe and secure transaction. All credit card information passes directly to our payment processor and is never stored by us. Your security is our first priority.
